Lorenzo Trecciola

Founder and Sole Director

Lorenzo founded Artstay S.r.l. in 2023, building on a solid background in real estate and strategic consulting.

  • Professional Experience: He developed key skills in Investment and Property Management at Casavo S.p.A. and Lionard S.p.A., bringing with him the strategic vision he acquired at Accenture Strategy and EY.
  • Distinctive Education: A degree in Economics (Roma Tre) and a Master in Management (LUISS Business School), enhanced by a strong global perspective thanks to study experiences at institutions such as the London School of Economics, Fudan University in Shanghai, and Aalto University in Helsinki.

This unique combination provides ArtStay with a strategic and innovative approach to real estate management and investments.

Daniele Bugatti

Partner and Integrated Consultant

Daniele Bugatti joined Artstay in August 2024, driven by a passion for the real estate sector, cultivated through personal investments and professional experience.

  • Professional Experience: Background in residential real estate investments, with four years of experience as an Investment Analyst and subsequently as a special attorney and real estate due diligence expert at Casavo Management S.p.A.
  • Distinctive Education: Degree in Economics of Markets and Financial Intermediaries from the Faculty of Banking, Finance, and Insurance at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore (Milan), followed by a Master’s in Wealth Management from the Bologna Business School.

This breadth of expertise allows him to support Artstay in various areas, such as administrative management and real estate consulting, support for the development of corporate and commercial strategy, and process adaptation to industry compliance.

Tharidu Fernando

Head of Operations / Property Manager

Fernando worked for a leading Australian company, managing a large portfolio of over 1,400 long-term rental apartments. In this role, he oversaw both field operations and comprehensive asset management.

Today, he brings to ArtStay his expertise focused on organization and process optimization. This hands-on experience allows him to ensure the highest quality service and bring measurable added value to the company.
