Long-term rental
If you’re looking for an opportunity that allows you to receive a secure and guaranteed rental income, we offer our “rent-to-rent” solution:
- Rent-to-rent is a commercial agreement in which the owner of a property rents their property to a company or professional (in this case, ArtStay) with a long-term contract. We, in turn, rent the property to third parties on a short- and/or medium-term basis.
- It’s therefore a traditional rental agreement that guarantees you a fixed monthly rent, regardless of the number of bookings.
